Virtual Angel

project overview

A music video style teaser video directed and designed by me. Tools used: After Effects, Illustrator

project type

director & post production

description

I was commissioned to create a promotional video for dance cover group 'BKT' for their next cover release 'Virtual Angel' by K-POP band IVE. I led the creative direction and I worked with my brother who was the videographer. The video was filmed at Pall Mall, London.

Insight

The teaser was inspired by the original music video. I explored Adobe's creative software and BKT's logo into a 3d animation to match the virtual-glitch aesthetic The song portrays a euphoric-angel motif, therefore I went for slow beauty shots to reflect this.
